Kalev kamatahvel can be considered the traditional sweet treat of Estonia – it is unique in the entire world. Kamatahvel is a tablet made with Estonian signature kama flour, which is a mixture of wheat, rye, barley and pea flour.
Sugar, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm oil), kama flour 18% (wheat, rye, barley, pea), blueberry additive 8% (glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, blueberry 17,5%, rice flour, apple puree, gelling agent (pectin), palm fat, acid (citric acid), natural flavouring, citrus fibre, acidity regulator (tripotassium citrate)), biscuit pieces 7,5% (wheat flour, sugar, sunflower oil, inverted sugar syrup, condensed milk, egg powder, raising agents (sodium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium hydrogen carbonate), salt, flavourings), whole milk powder, fat-reduced cocoa powder, coffee, emulsifier (lecithin), vanillin. Preservative free. May contain traces of different nuts and peanuts.
