Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (including food products such as confectionery, chocolate, and sweets) if the packaging has been opened or tampered with
  • Items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or food safety reasons
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items and gift cards

For food products, returns are only accepted if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Certain items such as opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
